Scope of delivery

Induction hardening station – JCSM
The scope of delivery includes:
  • Individually constructed special machines for various production departments,
  • Integration of various technologies within one machine / production line,
  • Automated / robotic production units,
  • Specialized control stations made with accordance to industry standards,
  • Integration of production lines, inter-operational transfer of details (transport lines, conveyors), joining machines into production lines,
  • Specialized devices for automatic operation of devices (special loaders, manipulators),
  • Modernization of machine control systems,
  • Modernization of machines and production lines, enrichment with new functionalities,
  • Safety installations and safety systems, adaptation of machines to applicable work safety standards,
  • Individual projects.
Hardening and tempering station – CSM
We have an internal design office in the mechanical and electrical fields, a section for programming logic controllers (Simatic and Sinumeric specialization) and robots (including ABB, Kawasaki, KUKA), production preparation facilities, production department and the service section.
We offer non-standard technologies in machine construction. Our exemplary special competences include vacuum technology, protective and reactive gases, induction heating, hardening in polymers, conditioning of production media, inter-operational washing, removal of post-production waste from machines.
We are a manufacturer of control cabinets (according to our own or entrusted design) as well as specialist equipment and installations according to entrusted designs, such as containers with equipment for controlling and controlling energy and chemical processes.
